UC Registration Deadlines and Approved Course List
UC Registration Deadline
A student who fails to register Registration Study List by the deadlines
below is subject to lapse of student status and dismissal from the EAP. A student who withdraws from EAP also
withdraws from UC, and must apply for readmission. Documents which require your signature must
be reached to the UC Tokyo Study Center office by the designated
deadlines. They are NOT postmarked
dates! This is EAP registration schedule, and it does not correspond to the
registration schedule of your host university. Please inquire your host
university about their schedule and policies.
Approved Course List
Approved Course List
shows host university courses that have been taken by EAP students in the past
and have been approved as EAP courses by EAP headquarter. Since course offerings
change every year and you may have different needs from those of previous
students, you may not find all classes which you are interested in taking on
this list. If courses which you wish to take are not found on the Approved
Course List, you are responsible for gathering and providing requisite
information to UC Tokyo Study center by submitting Student Course Information
Form by the deadline.

Students can access the Study List Training videos via their MyEAP portal, by logging
in, selecting the ‘FAQ’ menu, which will guide you to the EAP Participants
Abroad video on how to complete your Study List. You can also access it
